From helping young people land their very first job to supporting individuals rebuilding their lives, it's been a powerful few months across Liverpool. Here's the latest......

🌟Youth Trailblazer Programme - Changing futures daily

Our Liverpool Youth Trailblazer programme, in partnership with Liverpool City Council, is doing exactly what it says on the tin - blazing trails for young people aged 17-21 who are currently not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

We're helping them step into:

✨Paid employment

✨Apprenticeships

✨Training opportunities

But here's the thing - we can't do it without local businesses stepping up.

This is your chance to make a real difference

By offering a role or training opportunity, you're not just hiring - you're giving someone a proper shot at their future. And there is support for you too, up to £6,000 per young person if you employ them for a minimum of 30 hours per week for a period of six months. This grant can go towards training, salaries, workwear etc.

So if you have space in your team, why not fill it with someone ready to prove themselves?

We know that sometimes, all a young person needs is the right opportunity at the right time - and someone to point them towards it. That's why we're reaching out to the people who see that potential every day.

📣 We're looking for referrals from:

Job centre advisors supporting young people into work
Parents or guardians who want that next step for their child
Schools and colleges working with students nearing the end of education
Careers advisors helping young people find their path

If you're working with someone who might be feeling stuck, unsure of their next move, or just need that extra bit of support and direction - we're here for them.

From day one, we provide tailored support, guidance, and real opportunities to help them build confidence and take that step into employment, training or apprenticeships.

🔄 Second Chances, Real Opportunities

We've recently launched a brand new programme supporting individuals leaving the justice system - and it's already making waves.

Working alongside NHS Resettle teams and Probation services, we're helping people move forward into employment and stability after release.

And what's been amazing to see? People are reaching out to us themselves. That motivation to start fresh is real.

This programme is all about:

Building confidence
Creating genuine opportunities

👷‍♀️ Women in Construction – Future Builders in the Making

This one’s been a standout moment for us.

Our Women in Construction Programme, delivered with Frank Rogers, has been all about showing young women across Liverpool what’s possible.

We’ve been in all-girls secondary schools bringing in women from the construction industry—real stories, real journeys, real inspiration.

Because construction isn’t just one job—it’s hundreds of opportunities.
