💫 Tuesday Thank You - Standing together against hate 💫 

This week, our Tuesday thank you is dedicated to the incredible emergency response teams across the North West who came together in strength, courage, and compassion following the recent terrorist attack on a synagogue in Manchester. The attack took place on Yom Kippur, one of the holiest and most reflective days in the Jewish calendar. 

In a moment that should have been about peace, prayer, and reflection, our region once again saw the best of humanity in action - police, paramedics, NHS staff, community volunteers, and faith leaders coming together to protect, comfort, and support. Your strength and unity remind us that even in the darkest times, compassion will always shine through. 

We stand firmly against antisemitism, racism, and all forms of hate, and we stand with our Jewish friends and neighbours in solidarity and respect. Together, we can build communities based on understanding, opportunity and kindness. 

To every person who responded, supported and stood united last week - thank you. You showed the true meaning of strength, humanity and hope 🧡
