Whether building partnerships with local employers, developing innovative programmes that open doors for people furthest from opportunity, or simply being a constant source of encouragement and inspiration to our team.

She has championed inclusion, created space for new voices to be heard and consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that the values of dignity, respect and opportunity are at the core of all our work.

Her passion for social justice and belief in the power of connection have helped hundreds of people across Liverpool to access employment, training and support they may never have found otherwise.
